Orders placed before 3pm Pacific are shipped same day unless conditions prohibit at which point the package will be shipped the following business day.
Orders are charged at the time of shipment and not when the order is placed. When customers place an order, the amount of the order is approved with the financial institution and the amount is held by that institution until the charge and shipment by www.harputs.com / www.harputsadidas.com is made.
International shipments are only shipped to the address that corresponds with the billing address on the credit card used to purchase the item shipped.
For shipments outside the USA, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail with tracking and insurance average transit 3 to 5 days not including weekends and holidays. Subject to receiving countries customs delays. The first item is $45 and $20 for each additional items.
For Domestic USA shipments we utilize United Parcel Service (UPS).
Options include Next Day Air for US $50, 2nd Day Air for US $40, 3 Day Select for US $20 and Ground (3-5 day)for US $14. Customers in outlying U.S. islands or areas may incur a greater cost for shipping and will be contacted via email before the order is charged and shipped.
Oversize or heavy packages will have a higher rate which may be indicated on the order page of the product.
Shipments require signature upon delivery. When placing an order, please provide the correct billing address and shipping address. If the billing address provided does not match the address on file with the credit card companies (Visa, Master Card, American Express) the order will be put on hold and you will be contacted via email to provide the correct information. The product in such case will be put on hold for 7 days pending your response.
